Ideal Conditions for this Aquarium Fish

This one of the smaller and less colorful tropical freshwater fish. They look very similar to the Glowlight Tetra and the very popular Neon Tetra. The only major difference is the color, as the name suggests.

Peaceful, Community Just like their relatives they are peaceful shoaling fish and ideal for a community aquarium setup. Though not as impressive as the Neon Tetra with its bright blue and red colors they do make a good addition to a community tank when you keep them in a school.

How many you put in will depend on the size of your fish tank and how many other fish you have already got or want to put in it.

Strata They stay in the top to middle layers of the aquarium but mostly near the middle. As with the other smaller tetras they also want sufficient plants, preferably live, for hiding and enough open water for swimming.
