General Aquarium Care
Appearance This is another species of colorful tropical freshwater fish. Their main body color is orange to gold with a very distinctive black triangle on the rear lower part on each side of the body.Peaceful, Community They are fairly active but peaceful fish and ideal for a community aquarium setup. Slow introduction into your aquarium is advisable as they tend to be a bit fragile during transition. Strata They prefer the middle to top parts of the aquarium. You can keep four or more of these in a tank but in a shoal they do better and also of makes a better impression. Like most shoaling fish they want a good balance between planted areas for hiding and open areas for swimming.
